Session I - Make and Knead
First of two sessions on making challah by hand. Come back at 11:00am to punch down your dough together If you'd prefer to use your bread machine - attend Melissa's session. Recipe attached to this session. Have all your ingredients on your counter when we start. We'll be making Cocaine Challah - named by my family because you can't eat just one bite!!
